National Coffee Day - Doctors say drink all you want.

Yes, go ahead and grab that cup of coffee, or two, or more. Drinking more coffee may improve your health and help you live longer, suggests new research.

The study funded by the National Cancer Institute involving nearly 20,000 people who consumed at least four cups of coffee dailyshowed they had a 64% lower risk of early death compared to those never or rarely consumed coffee. This Kenya lot is from the Kayu Cooperative, and is part of the New Kiriti Farmers Cooperative Society in Murang'a County. Kiriti has a couple other Cooperative members - Gondo and Kirimahiga.
