National Coffee Day - Doctors say drink all you want.

Yes, go ahead and grab that cup of coffee, or two, or more. Drinking more coffee may improve your health and help you live longer, suggests new research.

The study funded by the National Cancer Institute involving nearly 20,000 people who consumed at least four cups of coffee dailyshowed they had a 64% lower risk of early death compared to those never or rarely consumed coffee. Who says you can't live forever? Certainly not the scientists with the Hospital de Navarra in Pamplona, Spain. They say drinking a lot of coffee is connected to a lower risk of death. The researchers presented their findings to the European Society of Cardiology Congress held in Barcelona.
