Nicaragua Pacamara Peaberry
This rare coffee from the mountains of Matagalpa, Nicaragua is a morning gem. It has a rich aroma that fills a kitchen with the smell of "freshly roasted." In the cup is the wonderful combination of green apples, cinnamon honey, and jasmine. It is wet-processed - creating a smooth, sweet flavor. The Limoncillo Finca, where this Pacarama is grown, is surrounded by lemon trees that have stood for decades. Cross pollination has created a unique flavor to this perfectly roasted peaberry bean.
